What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on orders over DKK 350 within Denmark. For orders under DKK 350, a fixed rate of DKK 35 applies for standard shipping within Denmark. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days for delivery within Denmark. International shipping times may vary depending on destination. Please refer to our shipping policy for estimated delivery times.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the problem and work to resolve it quickly, either by replacing, refunding or exchanging the item.
Do you provide tracking information for orders?

Do you offer express shipping options?
We currently do not offer express shipping options. However, we aim to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
What is your return policy?

How do I initiate a return?

Which items are not returnable?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
